Commercial Account Agreement

This Commercial Account Agreement governs purchases by approved business customers from Virginia’s Fencing Professionals LLC operating as Fence-U.

1. Eligibility

Commercial accounts are available to contractors, builders, property managers, developers, government entities, institutions, and qualified commercial purchasers.

2. Authorized purchasers

The account holder is responsible for all orders placed by personnel using the account or acting on the account holder’s authority.

3. Pricing

Commercial pricing is confidential and may change based on supplier pricing, freight conditions, market changes, or account status.

4. Orders

Orders may be placed by approved methods and remain subject to acceptance, product availability, and quoted lead times.

5. Payment

Payment terms are governed by invoices, quotes, account approval, and any separate credit documentation.

6. Direct ship fulfillment

Many orders are fulfilled by direct shipment from supplier locations.

7. Freight responsibility

Buyer is responsible for shipment inspection, freight claims, and transit damage procedures as outlined in the Terms of Sale.

8. Suspension or termination

Fence-U may suspend or terminate an account for nonpayment, misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of posted terms.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Virginia law.
